MANNY NABARRETTE

Owner of ATX Process Servers & Principal Investigator, 1ST Texas Private Investigators, Inc. (d/b/a Texas Fugitive Apprehension Guard Company)

 

With over 13 years of investigative expertise and more than a decade of successful firm ownership, he is a highly skilled professional specializing in complex criminal investigations, surveillance operations, fraud detection, and fugitive apprehension.

 

He has a proven track record of collaborating directly with the FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, and numerous Texas law enforcement agencies, consistently providing confidential, lawful, and results-driven investigative services.

Recognized as one of Texas’s top professionals in fugitive apprehension, people location, and asset recovery, he combines precision, discretion, and strategic expertise to achieve exceptional outcomes.

LONZO KERR

Operations Manager:

Lonzo Kerr, Jr. is a highly organized, efficient, and detailed-oriented investigator with over 50 years of experience.

First as a police detective sergeant, then through many years serving in management positions including Regional Supervisor with the Office of Inspector General, the Director of Criminal Investigation with the Texas Department of Health, and Director of Investigations for Long Term Care with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, and now as a private investigator and process server. 

After retiring from state employment in 2008, Kerr opened his own private investigations firm specializing in civil and criminal investigations and the support of litigation for attorneys including; case preparation, locating and interviewing witnesses, obtaining statements, conducting background investigations, and collecting and reviewing evidence. Lonzo has excellent skip-tracing skills and is also a certified, adept mediator. 

Kerr is also licensed as an armed security officer and also serves as a security consultant.  

KARI NABARRETTE

Karina is a seasoned investigative professional with more than twelve years of hands-on experience in private investigations, fugitive recovery, and legal support services. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a wide range of complex assignments requiring discretion, persistence, and advanced investigative techniques. Her background as a private investigator and bounty hunter includes extensive work in locating hard-to-find individuals, conducting field investigations, and supporting time-sensitive enforcement efforts with accuracy and professionalism.

In addition to her investigative work, Karina is a licensed process server with substantial experience executing service of process in strict compliance with applicable legal standards. She is well-versed in navigating challenging service scenarios, coordinating with legal professionals, and ensuring documentation is completed thoroughly and correctly. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability in the field, Karina consistently delivers dependable results while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality, ethics, and client service.
